Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the reserved date: Full refund (minus PayPal transaction fee).
- Cancellations made 6 to 3 days before the reserved date: 50% of the total fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 2 days, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the total fee will be charged.
- PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No exceptions. Please confirm your schedule carefully before booking.
Weather Policy
- The experience will proceed in light rain or cloudy conditions.
- In case of severe weather (e.g. typhoon, lightning, or course closure), the organizer may cancel the golf tour.
- If the organizer cancels due to severe weather, guests may choose one of the following:
- Reschedule to another available date
- Full refund (minus PayPal transaction fee)
- Change to an indoor TrackMan golf lesson (¥12,000 per person / 1 hour)
Light rain = proceed / Severe weather = organizer cancellation with options.
